AMIGAKIT LTD SECURES EU TRADE MARK FOR “THE A1200 NG”

AmigaKit Ltd is pleased to announce that “THE A1200 NG” has today been registered as a European Union Trade Mark (EUTM 019240715) in Classes 9 and 28. This EU registration complements AmigaKit’s long standing A1200 trade marks across Europe, United Kingdom, Australia and other territories.

Registration of THE A1200 NG strengthens our ability to develop and support products for the classic-computing community under a clear and protected brand identity. It also helps our retail and distribution partners by providing straightforward IP certainty across all 27 EU member states.AmigaKit remains committed to high-quality hardware, software and accessories for enthusiasts and newcomers alike. INTRODUCING THE A1200NG

Following on from the successful launch of the A600GS, AmigaKit Ltd is pleased to announce the new A1200NG motherboard.

A1200NG runs the same system software as the A600GS which has been extensively updated and
matured over the last year adding many user requested features.


AmiBench is pre-installed on the A1200NG computer system. It opens the desktop environment in high resolution 1080p with True Colour icons. It can use the new ARM Graphics Library for various purposes including faster rendering of windows, icons and backgrounds.


Other OS versions can be loaded onto the system with custom partitions if you own the corresponding ROM image and files.

The ARM CPU board is removable to accommodate possible future expansion options.

The A1200NG motherboard is due for delivery in the first quarter of 2025 with pre-orders being taken now:
